Yes, purchasing products from our website is available.
- We only accept payments through Bank Transfer, Credit Cards via PayPal, PayPal and Gcash. Cash on Delivery is not available at this point.
- We ship orders within 2-3 business days after payment is validated.
- A No-Cancellation Policy will be imposed to ensure that we are able to prioritize and fulfill orders of serious buyers only.
Here are the available payment methods:
Bank Transfer – Simply deposit your payment to our bank accounts and use the Deposit Slip form to send us your details and transaction reference ID so that we can process your payment immediately.
Credit Cards and Debit Cards – We accept all credit and debit cards via PayPal. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this option.
Gcash – Regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, GCash is a safe money issuer and remittance agent.
PayPal – Use your PayPal account to pay for your purchases directly form our website.
Our aim is to ship orders within 2-3 business days after payment is validated. However, there might be forces of nature/holidays that may cause delays specially during the GCG.
Metro Manila via Grab, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy – within 2-3 business days upon payment confirmation.
Provincial areas via LBC – within 5-7 business days upon payment confirmation. Please check with the LBC nearest your area to confirm if they deliver door-to-door, some LBC branches allow pick-ups only.
All items are carefully packed and secured before they are handed over to riders/couriers. Mommy Guide Inc will not be held liable for any damage or delays incurred by them, since we do not handle them directly.
